Mr. Mab, one of owners at Arei Khsat commune, Lavea Em district, Kandal province. He has five ponies; he said “I am very happy that CPWO team comes to visit my home for providing deworming to my ponies and education to me, especially a professional farrier. My difficulty is finding a good farrier to trim my pony because i don’t know how to do it and the local farriers don’t have qualified skill how to trimming and shoeing. My ponies have very long hooves because I never pick up and clean his hooves. I scared he kick me all the time when I touch his legs, the local farrier can’t do it either but after CPWO team visited my place, their team and farrier did a very good job, they did very kind and wonderful trimming. I’m very happy and my pony too, he have short hooves and very nice now. I learnt from CPWO team a lot, now i know how to pick up and cleaning my ponies’ hooves and I know why i need to trim and shoeing my ponies and why the ponies need deworming”.
At the end, he said thanks so much for CPWO team that providing him more knowledge about how to look after his ponies. He would like CPWO team visit his place and give the deworming to prevent his ponies and train the local farriers regularly.
