Mr. Mab, one of owners at Arei Khsat commune, Lavea Em district, Kandal province. He has five ponies; he said “I am very happy that CPWO team comes to visit my home for providing deworming to my ponies and education to me, especially a professional farrier. My difficulty is finding a good farrier to trim my pony because i don’t know how to do it and the local farriers don’t have qualified skill how to trimming and shoeing. My ponies have very long hooves because I never pick up and clean his hooves. I scared he kick me all the time when I touch his legs, the local farrier can’t do it either but after CPWO team visited my place, their team and farrier did a very good job, they did very kind and wonderful trimming. I’m very happy and my pony too, he have short hooves and very nice now. I learnt from CPWO team a lot, now i know how to pick up and cleaning my ponies’ hooves and I know why i need to trim and shoeing my ponies and why the ponies need deworming”.

At the end, he said thanks so much for CPWO team that providing him more knowledge about how to look after his ponies. He would like CPWO team visit his place and give the deworming to prevent his ponies and train the local farriers regularly.

Mr. Sat Savy, living at Pea Raing district. Before joining with farrier training he is the same with the other pony owners, he just earn his living with pony cart and do some rice plantation, but when he has the additional skill he earn more from this skill. He is paid by CCC, Happy Ranch and Liberty ranch for his trimming and shoeing. He impressed that “CPWO has improved my family living. Besides educate how to look after my pony I also can learn new skill with CPWO that is very useful for me and my family, I earn more money than before. Thank you for CPWO”

Mr.Thy, one owner at Takao province said that “He is happy to have CPWO team to visit him regularly for providing worming and education, especially Surra disease. His difficulty is dealing with Surra because he did not know about this disease, but after he joined with us he knows about this disease and knows how to prevent this disease so he is not feel losing his pony with this disease. Now he do not worry about this disease because he knows what is it and knows how to dealing with this disease. He would like CPWO team visit his village and give the Surra medicine preventation regularly”
